The Remodel Process

• Consultation: a comprehensive meeting will take place to determine the project scope and identify what you as a client are trying to accomplish. Cost information will be covered and past comparative remodels information shared. Measurements will be gathered to initiate the design process.
  

• Design: consultation information will be summarized to generate a 3D image for client review. Preliminary documents will be sent to each of the major vendors upon client approval of design [cabinets, countertops, flooring and plumbing fixtures] to obtain exact estimates.
  

• Presentation: revision requests, if applicable, will be documented and final floorplan/3D renderings [in both plan and elevation view] will be presented to client. Harvest will bring the sample trailer where cabinets, countertops, flooring and other finish materials can be chosen in the comfort of your own home. With final estimates provided, projected start and end dates will be confirmed.
